Weekend Experiential Therapy Intensives

3-Day Experiential Therapy Intensive

At times during a 50 minute session, clients find themselves shutting down early, as their minds prepare to return to various life roles: parent, boss, coach, leader, student, doctor, partner, spouse, friend etc. A weekend intensive is an excellent opportunity to temporarily disconnect from many outside responsibilities that pull from all directions and find a deeper level of growth and healing.  Weekend intensives are designed for those who are currently in therapy, or have been in the past. It's not uncommon to hear that after an intensive such as this, individual therapy seems more fluid, shame has less power and clients are more connected with who they are and who they want to be. Participants will leave with an after-care plan to take back to their individual therapists for continued growth.

Find Your SongTM - The Ultimate Creative Experience

Throughout our lives, expectations are placed on us of how we 'should' act or professional paths we 'should' pursue, what our partner or family 'should' look like, or worse, toxic voices telling us we aren't good enough, even at our best.

Find Your Song,' is NOT a "how to write a hit song" workshop, there are plenty of those out there. This 3-day workshop is designed to help you re-engage and discover the 'song' you were meant to sing, while finding the freedom to take back your lyrics! It's time to reignite your passion in and for life and ‪#‎FindYourSong‬

Ultimate Date Night

  • February 10-12 Nashville, TN FULL
  • October Charleston, SC

As two individuals grow in their own lives and desires, it's natural that the look and feel of the coupleship would change.  Sometimes those transitions aren't smooth and lack of communication can become a hindrance.  No matter what stage or length of your relationship, the Ultimate Date Night (weekend) is a small group setting aimed at helping couples work through conflicts/snags and re-discover what brought them together.   * October 7-9 weekend is designed to address unique challenges faced by same-sex couples.

Please visit the Groups page for current and upcoming opportunities.

* All groups are closed and ongoing for specified periods of time, meaning new members are only added when space permits and a new series begins. While many support groups in the community are open and faces change each week, a closed group that meets consistently gives members an opportunity to create a safe place for deep healing, growth and to practice healthy intimacy. Group members consist of individual clients from Kaci's practice as well as other area therapists.  If you are not one of Kaci's clients, an initial session with Kaci is required to discuss your readiness, willingness and ability to commit to the group process as well as expectations.
